Melanie hails from the US of A, and asks that you please don't judge her (she didn't vote for him). She has called the UK her home since attending RCS where she graduated with an MA with Distinction in 2010. Back in NYC she could be found creating theatre companies and acting, writing and directing for them on off-broadway stages. She has also worked regionally across the new country as an actor and choreographer in lots of places no one has ever heard of. She has a specific passion for developing new work and is absolutely thrilled to be creating with such a lovely group of women. A lover of mustard, she has spent the past year teaching through the Juniors and Short Course programs at RCS, and most recently was seen in new development pieces for Noisemaker at NTS and The Other Palace in London. She also collects DVDs like some women collect shoes, suggestions for the library are most welcome.

ACTOR. SINGER. MUSICIAN. ART-MAKER. KIND OF LOUD.
We don't ask Bethany where she's from, that's a rabbit hole including over a dozen cities, 4 different countries and stories of 'life overseas'. She plays anything with strings (although the mandolin has a special place in her heart) as well as the piano and clarinet. Fun Fact: She is the youngest ever graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's BA Musical Theatre Course!
Bethany graduated RCS in 2018 she not only trained as a performer, but was the Musical Director of 'Glued: A New Musical', and is currently the Creative Producer of It Could Be Simple: A One Act Musical. Bethany writes her own work, including songs, poems and short plays- showcased at her Renfrew Collective events, providing a platform for new work, lots of laughs, other nice things.
Her theatre credits include: Side Show (Royal Conservatoire of Scotland); Spring Awakening (Royal Conservatoire of Scotland/Dundee Rep); London Road (Royal Conservatoire of Scotland); The Bow Maker (Royal Conservatoire of Scotland/Dundee Rep); Raintown (National Theatre of Scotland/Royal Conservatoire of Scotland/Dundee Rep); Bingo! ACTOR. SINGER. DANCER. FLUFFY SOCK ENTHUSIAST
Nina is the newest and youngest member of the team and we're so excited that she joins the BA Musical Theatre course at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in September 2018. She enjoys tap dancing, iced coffee and spends most of her time in the splits, which makes us all extremely jealous! Oh and she loves cats. Like, a lot. So we have to put a cat ban on rehearsals which is upsetting for us all but we've got to get the work done.
She is currently playing Sarah Burns in Armour: A Herstory of the Scottish Bard and Annie Hutchinson in Burns: A Lost Legacy
